1. Scope of Work

All services—such as menu design, logo recreation, shopfront graphics, and digital menus—are provided based on an agreed brief. Any modifications to the project scope once work has commenced may result in additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and prior to delivery of final files. Invoices unpaid after 7 calendar days may incur a 5% late fee.

3. Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Revisions requested beyond this allocation may be subject to an additional fee. All revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving deliverables.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is up to fourteen (14) business days per project. Timeframes may vary based on project complexity and client response times. Expedited turnaround may be available at an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

5. Project Cancellation

In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the initial deposit remains non-refundable. If significant work has been completed at the time of cancellation, a fair fee may be charged to reflect the work performed.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Usage rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Editable source files (e.g., .psd, .ai, .ae) are not included unless specifically purchased as an add-on. Fonts used within a design will not be supplied, in accordance with standard licensing restrictions. Clients may be directed to licensed sources where applicable.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete content and timely feedback. The designer is not responsible for errors in client-provided materials, nor for delays caused by a lack of communication or incomplete submissions.

8. File Delivery and Storage

Final files are delivered in standard formats suitable for print and/or digital use. Master files will only be delivered if previously arranged. Project files are retained for 30 days post-completion; after this period, files may be deleted to conserve storage capacity.

9. Portfolio Usage

Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, the designer reserves the right to display completed projects in a professional portfolio, website, or social media channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

The designer is not liable for:

  • Errors in content provided by the client

  • Misuse of files after final delivery

  • Issues arising from third-party printing or publishing

  • File loss after the 30-day storage window

By proceeding with any service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
